1. Who is responsible
StockGPT publishes this website to explain its AI-powered chart analysis and related plans. The operating legal entity, registered address, and jurisdiction are not yet decided; this policy remains a working draft until those details are confirmed. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
2. Information this website may handle
If you email us, we receive the address and message you choose to send, along with any information you include. The Contact Us form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message. You may attach up to three PNG, JPG, WebP, or PDF files, totaling up to 3 MB. Please do not include passwords, full payment-card details, trading credentials, or unnecessary personal information. The website also saves your theme preference in your browser’s local storage under the key stockgpt-theme. This lets the site remember your light or dark appearance setting.
When a page is requested, the hosting and security services may process technical details such as the IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time. This public website is hosted on Vercel. The contact endpoint also uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier for a basic per-instance submission limit; entries expire after ten minutes. Exact hosting-log retention and the email provider’s retention periods still need to be confirmed.
With your permission, Vercel Web Analytics measures page views and aggregated usage, such as referring pages and browser or device information. Separately, you can allow Vercel Speed Insights to measure website performance. Both optional categories are off until enabled in Cookie Preferences. No custom analytics events are configured in this website.
3. Why information is used
Information sent to our contact address or through the contact form is used to read, route, and answer your request. The form sends your message and attachments through the configured SMTP email service to [email protected]. It does not add you to a marketing mailing list. The form code does not persist messages or attachments in a website database or local storage; submitted files are processed in memory for email delivery, and delivered messages and attachments remain subject to mailbox and email-provider retention. If delivery is unavailable, the form reports an error instead of confirming that the message was sent. Browser storage supports the theme preference you selected. Technical request information, where recorded by the hosting provider, can help deliver the website and diagnose abuse or service problems. Any additional use should be described here before it is introduced.
When enabled, aggregated usage statistics and performance measurements help us understand how the website is used and improve its usability and speed.
4. Service providers and external links
Vercel provides website hosting and the optional measurement integrations described here. You can read Vercel’s privacy notice. The StockGPT mailbox’s SMTP provider and relevant processing locations must be identified once email delivery is configured. That provider processes submitted messages and attachments to deliver them to our inbox. Links to social networks take you to third-party services. Those services handle information under their own notices and settings.
The public marketing pages reviewed for this draft do not contain a sign-up form or checkout. The linked StockGPT dashboard is a separate application. Account, chart, trading, and payment data handled there are outside the verified scope of this website notice; its practices must be covered by the notice presented for that application.
5. Retention and your choices
Your measurement choices and the time you saved them are stored locally as stockgpt-cookie-preferences-v1. The website honors them for up to 180 days. You can withdraw optional measurement at any time through Cookie Preferences; this stops future measurements through these integrations without deleting information already collected. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Retention periods for email and hosting records need to be set by the operating business and stated here. You can clear the saved theme preference through your browser’s site-data controls; doing so may reset the site’s appearance to its default.
Depending on the privacy laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information. Contact us at [email protected]. The final policy should identify any relevant supervisory authority and explain the applicable process.
6. Updates
The date above records this draft’s latest content review, not a declaration that the unresolved business details have been finalized. If the website’s data practices change, the published notice should be updated to describe the change and any required choices before the new practice begins.
